I tried downloading from a different site, but the speed doesn't vary much. Thanks for the tips on download accelerators though!

So, I'm downloading an episode of Naruto. I got bored of bit torrent as it is hella slow, and decided to download directly. Then i found out, it isn't much faster than the torrent speed. Odd? Very. :::.. Yup. Very much so. I've tried a few other things, and reached 150Kb. For strange reasons, i go down to 70, then go back up to around 100, then go back down. And thanks for that awesome welcome
