Did you clean ALL drivers and reinstall them?

I live in Atlanta. They dont have it here. That's fucking disappointing.

Actually it's not that hard to uncap your modem I know a lot of people that can do it. Obviously it's illegal so its not worth it. But yeah anyways you mean "optimize" not uncap.
