I am new in this forum I am using cox cable at phoenix AZ I have motorola 4200 2 or 3 yrs old I has problem wiht the connection ( my modem keep reset all the ligh gone than back up to active ) it does that many time aday I don't know my modem bad or cable line was bad downstream power lavel is -9DBmV I don't know the downstream power lavel high is better or lower is better Cox will come to my house this sunday check it out. if the modem was bad it cost me 50$ . Last few months the tech come over my house they said if this happen again they will run data line separate form tv line some one has any idea ( any way I can test my cable modem to make sure it bad or good anh any software I can monitor my modem see how many time it reset modem a day. Please help
