Well, i used to get a little over 1.5 mbps, but now for some reason, i only get around the 700's. BUT, my brother's computer has good connection, 1.5mbps zone? It's wierd and is making me sad

Hmm...well it sure has gotten a lot better. I have cablenut and vanburen's cable nut settings, too. I was wondering if there is any tweaking i can possibly do for my internet. If so, which file and folder would i use? Thank you!

lol what service line should i call them on? billing? and when i ask them if im eligible to be upgraded, i asked if i can be upgraded to 1.5/384what(kb?,mb?) lol. And i already signed up for their 2 year contract thing

err verizon online tech support STILL sucks!!!
Those tech support people arent really even helpful, they dont know what you're talking about most of the time.
SOO the most i still have is only 768k as the advertised speed.
