Hello all.
I have Charter Pipeline cable internet, 3 Mbps down and 256 Kbps up. I regularly get speeds of close to 3000 and 240 at all times of the day, except from about 9:00 pm till about 11:30 pm. My speeds drop off significantly during that time, to around 300 Kbps down and 50 Kbps up. This is a daily occurence. There has not been a day in the past 2 weeks where I didn't experience this drop in speeds. I know about cable connectivity being sketchy during peak usage, but this is like someone is flipping a switch. Right at 9 my speeds drop, and right around 11:30 they return. Any ideas on what is causing it, and/or what I can do to prevent it from happening?
