seee what i mean guys my upload is GREAT but my dl is well you see it
OK so this is what i did saw that sticky about slow speeds and did all it said and nothing then i found some other sticky about going it safe mode and doing a scan for spyware and virus and what not NOTHING so i dl this programs called hijack and startuplist or somthing like that? and this is what i got for them im not sure what is good and what is bad so i will show you guys so i can get some help
