That's what I call "a comprehensive response" ... lol. I guess to summarize it, I can only say "it is what it is." Don't get me wrong, I cannot complaint because no one can beat Cox with what they offer. I agree that I probably never see 150Mbps and I can live with what I get now. After all, no one forced me into it, it was my decison and hitting close to 100Mbps can't be construed as "slow." Cox tech is coming on Friday to work on it and (allegedly) they tested my line at 140Mbps. So, I guess we'll see but I am not holding my breath on this, i don't think they are going to "fix it."
