I just had fios installed in my house & i am only getting 10/1 down and up, I should be getting 15/2. Any suggestions? I noticed this when the installer was there but on the speed test he ran through Verizons test i was getting 17/2. I saw a post about having mcafee. Will that slow my speeds down?
