I pay $40 a month for Adelphia High Speed Internet... (Cable).

My connection is rated as 3 Mbps Down and 256 kbps Up.

Does anyone know of a good firewall i could get?  I have zonealarm Pro right now but it slows down my internet alot and it has a lot of problems.  I basically have to close it every time i use BT or a P2P program.. so whats the use.  Any ideas for a program would be helpful, thanx
