  1. did you use any at all? try these settings

    cable&dsl 6000/512 from vanburens v7 settings or build your own cablenut file at http://www.j79zlr.com/cablenutXP2k.php

    If you dont know how to determine your latency, try to download a big file from a fast server like aol and than go to command prompt and type in tracert www.testmy.net (while the download is going)  than pick the biggest number you get and insert it as your latency
