    I upgraded to 8mbps and i am unable to get anywhere near that much.with 6mbps i was able to get 6.3 all the time. now all i get is between 3.5 and 6. called comcast they said everything is fine. they would not tell me if my modem is the prob. i have the sb4100 and have read that some can reach 8 while others say it cant be done any help would be great. don't want to buy a modem if i don't have to
