And i have DSL,,My isp advertises 1024kBits/sec down by 512kBits/sec up,ive tried every tweak i can think of from cablenut's updates to tweaking the default receive window My MTU is right on,My mss is straight,,I'm running win2000pro,modem/router is a Westell versalink 327w (Wirespeed Gateway)4x,,im fit to be tide, I only have 96m Ram,,but my laptop has 512m of RAM and mega more recouses and power and i still cant do better than those speeds,My isp see's no problems,I said if you were paying me for My advertised speeds and getting less than 30% of it,,you would'nt see a problem there? anyway thx in advance for any assistance,I'll just go have that beer now,,lol.
