Yeah, I've been doing that all night... but here is the strange thing... I ran the download speed test using Netscape... and here is what I get...

I've tried a download of a file...29MB - I max'd out at 1000 kB/s
So.... I think Elk Grove has it... just not for Internet Explorer! lol!
