I got rid of it starting august, but if I got it back the upgrade would happen? thats a lot of money tho having cable tv/internet, im on a budget.

Actually REV0LUTI0NIZED, I live in a area where they dont service surewest internet or any others. The only internet I can have is cable, and that leaves me with Comcast.
