Ok, I get now the full 4.1 at certain times, maybe they are just getting more traffic lately. I was just curious about the hops, because that forst one I would think (and from seeing everyone else's) that there wouldn't be any packet loss, but I also didn't think you can ping 'yourself' like that either. I duno, just was wondering if it was a problem, even though I've never noticed anything before.

Hi...new to the site...Recently, over about the last week I've noticed my speeds fluctuate alot, almost as low as 2.0 mbps. I am on Cox HSI 4000/512. I used to be able to any time of the day even with other PC's running hit 4100 down no problem. Any ideas? I haven't changed anything...I was also wondering about my pathping to testmy.net.
