wellll...I have been downloading small ammounts of data earlier today however..I have been downloading a lot lately from past couple of weeks soo..I Think they Capped me ! evil bastards..heh but I was not downloading or uploading during the speed test..damnit..such an ugly upload speed..hehe.. I just recently contacted comcast through E-mail and currently waiting for a reply. I mentioned the really slow upload speed and attatched the speed test along with the contact. My upload speed will rise soon! wahah Thanks for the quick reply and for helping =)
