Ok.. Its works now.. But.. My Java isn't running..
I've tried to reinstall a couple of times.. Even now I rolled back to an older one, it remains the same.. Java do not works !
Well, thanks anyway.. I have called my ISP, and they helped me fixed the problem...

Yea, .s1 there is nothing to do with SP2.. Before the SP2, the tracert also seems like that.. Hi kano51, my computer is spyware and virus free.. I running S&D, Lavasoft Ad-Aware, SpywareBlaster and Microsoft AntiSpyware.. Hmm.. I scan my pc almost everyday.. *Cheers*
My pc working with p4 2.4Ghz, 384mb SDRAM and ya its enough for my pc background processing.. My cable is well wiring too..
