It's been a low as 56 connection speed. I have spent a good 30 hours on the phone with support and am still in the same position as I was 2 months ago. If they can't get it fixed this time around, I'm getting my money back and going to Wild Blue. Most of my issues has to do with the Web Accleration Status, it spends a good chunk of time being "Not Operational" that among many other issues. Sorry, I'm venting. I blog alot and this whole thing has really interfered with it.

Are there any extensions to put on to help speed it up? I'm not a fan of Dway at all!!! I have had multiple problems since it was installed 2 months ago. They've replaced the arm and this week they are going to replace the modem and all of the cable leading into the house. I've been trying to catch what some of the others have been saying here, but Geezuss, I'd kill for Internet cable in my area.

I was told that Firefox didn't work well with Direcway Broadband and I hate IE. Does anyone have any suggestions. I checked out Opera but couldn't find any information on it. And I'm barely computer literate, keep it simple please.
