Yeah, man! I live in NE Philly. Well nothing can be done at this point, my friend who lives like 5 mins of driving from me gets even slower speeds. He is actually surprised my speeds are high, and duhhh I can't say anything good about it myself

But Downstream is another big problem. Technician that came over yesterday, replaced my old crappy modem Motorolla to RCA, and after it I saw some small changes, but not much. He also mentioned that in my area there is no chance of getting 8Mpbs ever. Running a test on Speakeasy though I got 6200 downstream yesterday and earlier today, but usually it's not more than 5Mpbs Well, at least I'm happy with that, but for sure have to call Comcast and cancel that $10 subscription, as I'm just overpaying it.
