I fixed the problem last night. It was a bad cable between the modem and the computer. Thanks for offering to help though!!

I am getting good results now. I have tweaked with Cablenut and VanBurens settings. I used the settings for cable 5000/768 I believe. At least I think that was it. I had actually posted my Help message in the Make it Faster section too because I was confused as to where the best place to post would be. If you want to move this over that would be great. Just upgraded to Cox's 15Mbps service. I am getting speeds that are unbelievably bad. Here are my stats. I am running at only 4.97 % of your hosts average (Cox.net) Can someone please help me??
