I have been enjoying download speeds of 32KB/sec for my first month of broadband, but recently it has dropped to 15KB/sec, and i have no idea why. I have checked for viruses and any bandwidth hogging programs, but i have come up with nothing. I have a ADSL connection advertised at 256KB/128KB, with a DSL-302G Modem. I am running Window XP. I should mention i am from New Zealand.... :::..
