should i apply the new values for TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize and set Tcp13230pts to 0 while still in my current 6000 384 tweak? or must i first delete all cablenut tweaks and put in the values only for TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize and set Tcp13230pts to 0? sorry to be asking too much im very much a newbie at tweaking.

Hello there i chanced upon this forum while i was searching the net for ways to increase my download speed. my ISP's advertised speed is 3000Kbps down and 256Kbps up. however from speed tests that i've done it's never gone beyond 1600Kbps . what can i do to reach my maximum download speed? hope the info below helps. i got these results using the default windows registry settings. no tweaking done. thx for any help.
