yes that will be fixed i just got Comcast 3 months ago better then my old isp suscom i pay for 7Mbps i get 5 to 6 Comcast i pay the same for 8Mbps
+ speedboost i get what u see i down a hole 2 meg a sec suscom 400k to 340k

ok the upload droped but it's still fast for my old isp suscom i payed for
7mbps and got 5 to 6.50 mbps the download was 500k to 700k comcast boost gets me a lote more for my $$$
