Hi i've stumbled across this site a few weeks ago and found it very informative. I have just signed up with plusnet and can't get there 2mps package cos of my bt line but it says i'm logging on with 1.1mps. i followed the above post applying the cablenut & Vanburens settings and have tried to include all the requested information before getting advice, if i have missed something then please be so kind as to point me in the right direction Can i improve on my connection? I'm using a thompson speedtouch 330 modem that only has usb connection is this my problem? (as it's not ethernet) anyway i expect this to be a journey of learning new tech talk and many hours of frustration heh heh anyway here are my results...
