    Yes it is, I'm getting 4200/400 on my desktop. Thinking of upgrading to the 802.11G router to get a better signal down stairs and and on the opposite side of the house from the router,my adapter is a G series.

    Thanks,comcast just upgraded our speed so I'm happy. I use a Linksey router #BEFW11S4 and a wirelees b notebook adapter #WPC54G.Did some tweeking through DSLReports.

    Just did the upgrade this morning and now get 4.5 mb down and 356 klb up on my desktop and 3.2 down and 320 up on my wireless laptop
