well from what i see we are paying $50/mouth for High-Speed

and we get 100.0bps

check your bill to see what you are paying then their website, that should give you a clue as to how fast it should be.

well i am with Alient here on the east coast of canada!

and for the speed and all i dont know sorry

first of all, how fast are you supposed to be? meaning, what package are you payting for, what speed is advertised for it. if you are at that speed, tweaking will probably result only in a marginal increase, if at all.
