IM on the 5000/500 package and my upload never seems to go over 250, my download is fine though, and I don't know how to fix it. Im running through a bridge , a d-link 614+ router and using zonealarm - all of which should have no real effect. Im upgrading to the Extreme-I tier tomorrow advertised at 7000/1000 and they are giving me a new modem, will this fix the problem? and if it doesn't should I phone and see what the deal is?

I don't know why my upload is so low, can someone help me, Is it cause im downloading stuff on bittorrent? I think that would effect my dl speed but it doesnt seem to be, incase anyone cares im on the regular hi-speed package advertised at 5mb.

ya, we have been rated the number 1 high school in Canada by Macleans magazine lol.

ya and the school does have an 800 computer network, 2000 students.

I guess i should mention that im at a high school not a college or university. So I guess these speeds are decent.

as you can see my download is fine but my upload speed is absolutely hurtin, does anyone know how I could correct this problem, and does anyone know if host selection on halo 2 is based on upload speed because my friend with less than 1 mb download always gets host over me.
