I guess that I don't know how to read the www.testmy.net results.

I see that my DW downloads/uploads are on the very low end of the averages.

In Texas I used to have comcast cable which was "lighting" fast, maybe I am just super spoiled and will never get used to DW.

I don't have a commercial account, just a regular one.

My signal strength is fluctuating at 91-92.

I am having trouble downloading and running the LCCU.

I saved it to both my hard drive and a floppy disk but cannot get past the unzip screen that says "2 files unzipped successfully"

I can't get it to run.

I even tried running it from an MS-DOS prompt.
