Sapo in Portugal in New Members Posted February 23, 2014 Hi Portugal has now lost all UK TV and we are having to stream via the internet , but broad band width is very poor getting 1.1 to 2.1 download via SAPO, I have been told that there is a legal minimum level , can anyone confirm
