TWC uses the 35 year old mechanical copper cable connections in my backyard to handle the up speed. When I complain more than two times, TWC wants to send someone to my home to "check." They check and want me to check with a Flash Test. No way. Odd how that when they leave it seems better, but not great. Laser 1
