I use firefox and I was wondering if anyone knows what to adjust with fasterfox. Fasterfox is just an extension for firefox to make it faster. There is a custom setting where u can adjust these categories: Cache, Connection, Pipelining, Rendering and Pop-Ups. I was wondering what I can do with fasterfox to make my connection faster. Thanks.

All that test says is Server process not running: start web100srv process on remote server click START to re-test

OK I AM f***ING TELLING YOU HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED: I got home and went to sign on AIM and it wasnt working. So then i tried internet explorer and that wasnt working so i called Comcast. Right away theres a recording that says Sorry we are applied maintnence to the site and you will not be able to acces the internet. That lasted for 2 days. Then it finally was working yesterday. Today I went to download a movie that was 45mb and i clicked download and then i went away cause before Comcast would download 1 mb in like 2 minutes so it was going to take a while. Then I come back and check on it and it was already done and it said it took like 5 minutes to download. I was like holy sh*t, so then I went back here to check my connection cause before my connection speed was poor for the avg speed and it was like 15kbs/sec. Then I tested it and it was faster. Ok so what im saying is maybe since my connection was down for 2 days and all other Comcast ppl except for a few were down for . When they were trying to get my connection up and running again they gave me more bandwidth or something they did made my connection faster. O and one more thing the testmy.net results were off cause I just downloaded something and it was like 500kbs/sec and the results said like 2000 something so its not my fault but thats really what it said I'm out Be back tomorrow

Guys I am telling you I had like a crappy speed before and they just applied maintnence maybe they gave me like extra bandwidth or something

I can't cause it won't show my results it gets to redirecting after it finishes the test and nothing happens.

Ok fine if you don't believe me look at this i downloaded nero for the small file test and its on a pentium 3 laptop with a wireless card so its a slower connection and look how long it took!!!

I don't have firefox I know lol. But anyways this is my connection normal with no accelerators or anything just regular internet. I have a linksys modem and linksys wireless router with signal strengtheners (but that doesnt matter cause im not using wireless right now)
