If it isn't a function of the router being lame, how can I tell if somebody else is on my wireless network? and finally, with the speeds I'm seeing now, should I still employ the Cable Nut stuff, or just not bother?

Ok so Im running xp and I've got Cox high speed cable advertised at 5 Mbps down and 768 kbps up. Earlier this morning I ran Cable Nut and the Cable_fast_2k tweak from Cable Nut. I ran the tweak test, and the results are here
