i don't think so, i'm not even sure if i'm using one and i'm not sure of what it is. if 50 is high .....that is bad or that is good? will they ever find Osama? will Timmy ever get out of the well? all i want to know is if i can do something without changing my provider, the usual tweaks are no good, can't even feel changes, if i connect before 12 am i run pretty good (guess it's cause line isn't busy) but when my s*!t fu*k** pron hungerd neighbours get home and start visiting porn pages and mas*ter*ba*ting that really fux my connection. i already know that all i can do is change provider, if some1 has a better idea, btw thx for the help swimmer
