I am paying CableOne for 5000 Kbps Download speed and I'm only fluctuating between 500 and 1080 Kbps usually on the slower end of those numbers. Is it something I Might be doing wrong or are they screwing me over? I've called them 3 times and each time it takes around an hour and a half to two to go through all their bull and by the time we are done I'm running at 75% of what I should be but within an hour or two I'm back down to Horse and Buggy speed. PLEASE HELP ME.
