Hey everyone just got a new but crappy connection 1500/256, now i have been doing some test and ive been getting 800/210 If someone could help me or create a cablenut setting for me that would great, ohh i dont if you need to know this but i play xbox 360 live alot. can someone help

Hey guys ive got a new modem NETGEAR DG834 and im having a little trouble with xbox 360 live. the problem i have is that it plays for a while than it locks up plays again causing me to leave than game then join back in. I have a connection of upto 8000/640 but ive been getting 2000/400 so i dont know if their is antythink that can help get a better connection with xbox live but if their is please tell me OHhh im also 4.4 K from the exchange, and im using cable but no setting YET

Can someone please help me i have a connection up to 8000/640 Kbps but im around 4.4 K from the exchange so i have been getting speeds like 1500 -1600 download and 400-480 upload if someone could help me that would be great. I have cablenut but not using a setting because none of them are for my connection .....so can some please help me.
