jmk got a reaction from deskspud in Getting less than half the speed I pay for should I confront Cox cable
I have done a lot of testing here on testmy.net and I am getting about half the speed or less that I am supposed to get. What is the standard that the cable company uses, is it a flash like speedtest.net?
I know when I call support at Cox cable they will run some tests and tell me everything is fine on their end so what is the best way to go about this?
