When you call they come up with threatens and a bunch of bullS#!t, asking for "personal information" (last 4 digits of social security number and all!!!!!) CRAZINES!!!

Hello, This just got in. They are now monitoring the accounts and blocking modems/accounts. The new cap (never was one) is 40GB download and 10GB upload monthly. It's time for the puertorrican style method! pay $50 for restablishing the connection + motorola Surfboard "homebrewed" = free internet. Lot's of peps doing it and they focus on pay customers.
