Well let me suggest to yall to call again. I called again today and had a much nicer talk. The Repairs are done, but according to technical support my modem might have problems and theres a technician coming on wednesday. If you guys still have problems you should consider calling to see if its a technical issue on your side instead.

What misinformation? He told me everything that has been "Retold" by the insiders here... about them blocking ptp/bitorrent, about the router problems. Ect. He said the problems are "done" that they are not blocking gaming bandwidth, and that if you still have problems its a p2p issue. Mind you i havent downloaded anything i just use my connection (or used to use) for Xbox live and World of Warcraft, but it was shocking to me. My velocities sitll suck. he did tell me to not trust the testmy net numbers though.. and didnt suggest to me another test site,.

Well according to onelink, the repairs are done. You shouldnt be having latency issues unless your using p2p...

Just called. they said its happening "Sometime in march".... and that the routers were finnaly moved from adelphia last weekened.. jeeze. its been 2 months and still no set date..

Its gotten worse today... so im calling to complain again tomorow

So i understand the server change is good? my latencies are still bad...

when i called and simply asked for information, an estimation on when it would be finally fixed ( i had originally been told january 15) and whether or not gaming bandwith would be capped... the onelink employe asked me to powercycle my modem and see if the "lights were flashing"... so i havent gotten the information from them like you have.

Wow flaming others for being disatisfied with their service? Kudos to you. I know i have a life thank you very much. That doesnt mean i have to accept this mediocre service and lack of information from them.
