ok, i tried that, but i got no change in speed, any other ideas?

i still cant get my internet to go faster, i have tried to run the line packet test but still wont work.

also, how do i try a ping with a higher number of packets

ok,

i tried the line packet loss test a couple of times and it always says "ping tests cancelled"

I'm very new to this so tell me if u need anymore info

I use sprint dsl that is 1500dl and 500up

I only have the test post cablenut but it is the same as what it was before
