    Ping is 92ms with no loss. The full test results get Edit: It seems right now, We will have to see if it holds up till the morning.

    It helped a bit, up to about 70kb/sec. But yet no improvments. Maybe your mis-diagnosing. At one site i get my full upload speed. But at this site and on msn they are below 100kb/sec.

    XP No set speeds. But the tests my ISP did on my radio got 2.5 mbit upload. First test gets Second gets

    Ive been getting about 0.6mbit upload to my friend [over msn, same isp] and to testmy.net [We both get that bad speed at this site]. Now, the connection from my ISP to my radio he said was about 2 mbits. Also dslreports.com gets about 1.8mbits. I do have a dlink router is this what is causing this? Any other ideas or testing I should do to figure out why I can only send/receive files from my friend @ 40kb/sec.
