I have used this site in the passed with great results. Then i had managed to get my dl speed from where it is now to the 450k range. This time around no luck.Right now off the 10000 setting i can get a slightly better speed, but since i have these test a couple times the 4000 setting is being more consistant. I also ran this test: I removed the ip addresses in the tracert for security reasons That is the 10000 setting 4000 settings
