Uhm, I think the name of it is "burst! v3.1.0b" I bought this comp from a buddy and have been looking to clean it up but haven't got the discs from him yet.

My download speed has really suffered the past few weeks and I can't figure out why and then I fouind this site so maybe someone can be of some help.

I recently bought a Netgear wireless router so my roommate could get on the net as well, had I known that sicne then my download speed would be around 4-15 I may of never done it heh. I guess I need some help from someone just giving me a optimal settings for everything on my comp. Here are my speed results
