i want to slow down my net connection speed on my computer i mean on entire system (note: for only one day plz dont ask me why)not on some HTTP or ftp or any other protocols. i know this is weird. but its urgent and important to me plz dont ask any other questions plz plz tell me how its done ! im on lan internet connection im a home user my isp provides net using cat-5 cables .
