not bad but they used to be up around 650 kB/s. I will call optimum and find out.

Yes I did upload a lot, but having my upload speed capped wouldnt make a difference if i reset my router so my IP's changed would it?...

i used to get much faster speeds(100+ kB/s), but one day it just stoped. Could it be my router? If it is how would i check/fix it? Or is it my settings? Please help.

my uploads are so slow they used to be much faster around 100 kB/s but then one day they slowed down, ive tryed to reboot my cable modem and my router and ive also run many clean ups and reg cleans to try and fix it but nothing helps... any suggestions

also when i do defragment it says somefiles could not be moved then when i hit analyze again it says that the volume should be defraged

i always restart my modem when ever i have problems and yes im running throught a router... a "Linksys BEFSR41"

ill try this and if i need help ill put up another post thank you

i do all almost every day exept for reg cleans ive only done those a few times

im not really sure but im assuming it should be faster then this, because a month or so ago my uploads went much faster for all programs then they just stopped so im not so sure how to get them back to what they were.
