Romania. this connection has it's downsides too... for some months the internet was timing out in the evening 17- 23 h for a few seconds to 1 min or the speed just collapsed. I bumped their heads with complaints but they kept saying my on-board lan card is of fault( and I should get a PCI one) lol. of course I didn't listen to them and now it's working pretty well

well, when i started an year and a half ago it was 256 kbps download. upload wasn't specified. recently they made improvements and the bandwidth usually gets to 512 kbps. in the night it can climb to over 100 KB/s. when I observed my huge upload i called them and they said it's "unlimited" in speed :lol but it's usually about 1.5 Mbps well, pretty complicated you see, here in my country, local networks are very popular so real ISPs rent lines to a lot of LANs. not usual LANs, but hundreds or even thousands of users ( LAN associations).You could create a map only with LAN area coverages.lol So my internet theoretically comes from RDSnet, but I'm sharing it with other hundreds of users through one of this kind of LANs
