What is the best way to combat the tech's constant claims that their speed test
shows sufficient speeds?
Atlink always tells me that I am getting my speed but I know that I'm not.
Also, Atlink has told me that Testmy provides false speed test results which I don't
believe is true.

Yes and they are horrible. Internet always goes down. Non stop service interruption. They always tell you nothing is wrong when you know
there are problems. Their speeds are from their own speed tests which are no where near to being realistic.
