Reminder to everyone participating in smartbro enhancement forums/threads:

If your basestation is faulty as in super faulty. You can't do anything about it.

I've been monitoring my basestation for a while.

if you're suffering the problem I call "scanning,registering,syncing" s*** on your canopy, the POSSIBLE cause maybe your basestation having problems. I don't know what's really going on on their side but I'm pretty sure, intentionally or not, it's their fault.

Check the "SectorUserCount" if you're suffering from the stated problem. If you see a uncommon number of sectorUser, very small compared to usual sectorUser on your basestation, then it's your basestation.

Why did i conclude its the basestation that has problems and NOT the antenna?

Common sense tells us that its logical to assume that the basestation is the faulty one because its unlikely that the majority of sectorusers have broken canopies.

Sorry if you think this information is useless. I just want to share this.

It's up to you guys to verify this.

*A congested basestation is different from a broken basestation.

There's still hope left on a congested basestation but a broken one has none, only despair.

now smartbro has a lot of explaining to do why they are giving that speed of 1000+ Kbps to others for the same price as the more or less 384 Kbps of those who have been suffering. 

Then you'll just need to tweak it more and find the right setting for you and your speed will just boost up way beyond your wildest imagination... :evil: just be patient and be careful too as you might end up with no more internet connections :angry:

oh how we wish it is happening. there are just those who obtained better results and yet all they do is just post scores without justification. 

cool down bro, I just followed the canopy tweak and thats all I did to my connection and I got this speed.

and even I couldn't believed that I could really connect this fast.....

Didn't do anything bros, just so happen that I got a pretty strong signal from my base station. RSSI is 1120, power level is -51 and Jitter is 1. Maybe the speedboost I got is temporary, prior to this I even got 5235kbps reading in speedtest.net last February but after a day it goes back to my normal speed which is 512kbps. yep, it stayed at that level for quite some time now. However, this is my d/l rate for now.

1500Kbps?!?! woah! how did you do that? man, i wish i can get that speed 

I don't really how my speed got that high, maybe a glitch in the base station?  but likewise, I couldn't complain 

Tested just a few seconds ago.. 

My location right now is in Davao City, I've noticed that majority of SmartBRO's subscriber here didn't really have problem with their connection. I think the least connection we got here so far are around 256kbps while others have topped it up to 512kbps.

I'm currently downloading a movie in filefront right now, a 700MB file which I could just download in just 3 1/2 hour.
