In theory yes, but practically only a handfull will be lucky enough to actually be getting 25mb...

I (most of us) might endup getting 12mb-18mb instead of the actually 25

still beats 8mb anytime

Im with F2S at the moment (8mb), but have just singed up with bulldog with a 1mb connection, but will get 25mb in July.
