Yes I have, and I used tuneup utilities 2006, tried the test on me laptop and desktop and got similar results. Before, I have even rewired the phones wires in the house, that gave so improvement but this is where I am at.

Yes I have cablenut, I have tried some setting that gave negative results, some that gave positive ones; this is currently the best I can do. Of course my computer is clean of viruses and spyware.
