I was wondering if anybody can help me with my download speed. My upload speed is low as well, but is nowhere near as bad as my download speed is. I checked a couple of other threads here and tried some of the tweaks and programs, but I have had no luck. I did a virus scan and a scan for spyware, but my download speed is still extremely slow.
